Hi everyone,

Did you ever look at a diet and thought the above thought: “I want to eat more, not less!!!”???

The problems with diets is that: they are boring or, the recommended food is tasteless or, they don’t work much or, they are too expensive or, all of the above (which is the case more often than not).

Well, take it from me, a nutritionist, coming from a long line of chefs and doctors from both sides of the family: there is a way to eat loads (I mean it: loads!) of great tasting, affordable, easy to find and prepare food, and loose weight in the process.

How? get on a diet!

Okay, okay, stop laughing and listen: the concept is simple, if a diet doesnt work, it’s because is a very bad diet!!!

Going for a diet to regain your health is just plain common sense, the problem is that 99% of diets around are just fad-diets, crappy recommendation of the kind ‘one diet good for everyone’ which of course get us more unhealthy and depressed than when we begun. Why? First of all because there is always some economic interest in it (meaning the diet wants to sell something instead of aiming toward helping the patients’ health), then because the ‘doctors’ just cannot be bothered to do their homeworks! I mean, why do nutritionist exist? Because medical doctor do not bother with preventive medicine!!!

The story is long and I gotta run, but stay tuned folks! You ain’t seen nothing yet!

I am going to blog regularly from now on: free professional advice on how to HAVE FUN with you food and be healthier and happier!

Don’t forget your forks!
